I'm John, and I help testers become brilliant agile test automation engineers. Over the years I've helped hundreds of testers get into, and become very good at, test automation. As a result I know a thing or two about what works and what doesn't.

I've been helping teams deliver software better for over two decades. But a few years back I had to train a group of testers in BDD and Test Automation. They were mostly new to test automation, but the company needed quality automated testers, and they needed them yesterday! So I came up with a tailored programme to get them there, fast.
And it worked: six months later, they were automating business scenarios 4-5 times faster than colleagues who had not been on the programme.

BUT WHO IS THIS GUY?
I've been working in agile software development for well over two decades, and been coding since the 80s. I'm a published author (including the very popular "BDD in Action") and international speaker. I also created the well-known Serenity BDD test automation framework.

I'll run a tailored workshop to introduce the core BDD concepts and practices, and then show individual teams who to apply BDD properly to their own projects.
