You do realize that Google is violating about a dozen federal laws by persecuting people for differing religious and political opinions? Right?

I hate to break this to you, but stating that men and women are biologically different and therefore have different abilities is not “sexist” or “anti-diversity”. Stating that people should be hired exclusively on their merits rather than perceived victim status is not “anti-diversity”. Stating that it’s a problem when people are hired to meet a quota rather than because they deserve to be there is not “racist”.

In fact, if the author of that memo can prove even 10% of what he claims, Google is facing billions of dollars in fines and jail time for numerous people at the executive level.
