Why the UAP Narrative is Reversing?
I am observing with deep interest how the Congressional Hearings on UAPs and UFOs reflect a historical official narrative reversal on how this mysterious phenomenon affects our civilization. I am also noticing this change in books, opinion articles and other influential cultural elements.
Movies have already morphed from depicting benign visitors (ET, Close Encounters), to vicious and scary invaders. Military intelligence is evolving from dismissing them as irrelevant to considering them a potential threat to our national security, and therefore imply the need to massively fund a new space arms race.
In 1976 I met Dr. Maria Reiche in Peru, she was the German archeologist who studied the mysterious geoglyphs in the Nazca desert that can be noticed only by flying high above them. In 1979 I visited Dr. J. Allen Hynek in Evanston, IL and told him about a school in Caracas created by extraterrestrial visitors that were teaching their technology to Venezuelan volunteer students. I shared with Dr. Hynek the booklets with advanced quantum physics that one of the human teachers gave me. My then girlfriend Cristina Poblete and I met this teacher through his roommate Vïctor Dascoli, a fellow engineer who graduated with Cristina. Victor described casually to us how the visitors parked their craft on the roof of their building during their encounters, as if those actions were routine and normal. The teacher also said that ETs attended the lessons in disguise while creating a mental atmosphere that allowed students to absorb advance knowledge at record speeds. I understand that Dr. Hynek traveled to Caracas shortly after our encounter, but I never heard about his findings.
In the 90s I discovered the 600 years old Madonna Saint Giovannino painting in Florence, Italy showing something high in the air looking like a flying saucer.
More recently I became aware of a 1866 painting of George Washington, in Mason symbolic regalia and with a UAP over his right shoulder. I also saw UFOs in church murals painted way before we could fly, they are described in millennia old clay tablets, and they appear in even much older cave paintings.

In the 90’s my late father in law, electronics technician Don Frisk, told me that during a missile test off the California coast he observed how an object intercepted our speeding missile in mid air, flew around it, and destroyed it with a ray.

Understandingly, those weapon interventions could be interpreted in military terms as arrogant shows of superiority from invaders of our “secure” air spaces. However, during millennia, our unknown visitors appear to be non-threatening and even beneficial influencers in our religions and political evolutions.
Clearly most of our known UFOs actions in the past seem to have been peaceful and helpful, just consider for example Zecharia Sitchin’s translations of Sumerian tablets crediting celestial visitors for teaching us how to cultivate barley and make beer.
To me all the above evidence means that, if we expand our views by seeing the new UAP revelations in their historical context, then they seem to behave consistently in a friendly way and therefore their weapons interventions seem more likely to be warnings to stop our present dead-end arms race and to prevent a terminal war.
All these details and much more must be already well know to our brainy annalists, so why are we observing this new rush fueled by “former” intelligence officers to acknowledge the UAPs existence and to increasingly suspect them of being potentially hostile?
We do not know the reason for this change of heart, but applying the old legal tool of “Who Benefits?” we can reasonably deduct that creating a scare will increase public demand for more expensive weapons, which will enrich further a few people while increasing the burden of our population at large by triggering an arms race in space that will further endanger our already precarious existence and will condemn our descendants to a continuously damaging anxiety.
This reversal of the historic narrative about extraterrestrial interventions reminds me of Wernher von Braun’s warnings shortly before his 1977 passing. He was the brilliant German scientist that headed the development of the powerful rockets that took us to the moon. My friend Carol Rosin was his assistant and decades ago she revealed that von Braun told her that our military-industrial complex needed wars to stay in business, so he predicted the creation of the Cold War against our previous Russian allies, followed by a disastrous War on Terror, and ultimately the Alien Threat, probably triggered by blaming ETs for destructive dead rays coming from space (like those invented by Nicola Tesla over a century ago), followed by a fake invasion attempt that will justify the imposition of a massive totalitarian Marshall Law, the end of democratic governments such as ours, and the rise of an all controlling global New Order.
I hope von Braun was off on his last prediction, however large suspicious preparations can be observed and some of our youngsters are already considering moving to a new planet to be an attractive option for their future, if they make it.
