Developing a routine for success

Excellent Post. My business involves constant travel between the United States and Mexico, and my schedule fluctuates according to time zones, and constant video and in-person meetings. Thus, converting my morning ritual into a “habit” has enabled me to exercise my “idea” muscle before the daily buzz begins. I like to get a quick 20–30 minute workout in every morning and get dressed while listening to the news coupled with several glances at my twitter feed. Afterward, I like going to local coffee shops armed with my souncloud playlists and a journal, and I just sit down for an hour and jot down all the ideas that come to me. Creating a morning ritual was simple because one has complete dominance over that little piece of quiet before the hustle and grind begins.
