Creating a Data Science Team from scratch
Lucas Fonseca Navarro

A quite interesting approach, besides more realistic rather than pushing by force a theoretical automation model out of environment variability. However, under my humble view I find an essential lack of Root Cause Analysis tools (Ishikawa, and so on) prior to go on Math. Not in vain, I am in favoring of the definition of clear (strategic) target (or ‘business problem’), then the precise measurement of divergences against reality as well as a FTA analysis to clearly define the implications regarding the 4M’s, developing by that time What-if and Sensitivity Analysis before rising hypothesis or creating algorithms. Surely cheaper, faster, stronger, on top more precise and stable results regarding the System’ Stationary response.
