Interesting self-reporting. I like finding things that my wife and I can do together. Myself not needing to lose any weight and her trying to drop baby #2 weight. We’ve successfully been following keto but she finds it too restrictive. I wonder if IF could be a good solution? Of course continue good eating habits by minimizing sugar but bring back more carbs.
