Just about all those cows you talk about will be slaughtered for meat at some point. If clean meat succeeds then that won’t happen anymore. It’ll be phased in over many years and as it is farmers will produce less cows for meat. Some people will likely want meat from conventional animal agriculture so the cows that remain for that purpose will likely live in extremely good conditions. But factory farming will end.
