"Islands owned by Guam?" Guam is a U.S. territory. The only island "owned by Guam" is Cocos Island, a very small island just south of Guam that is considered part of the territory. That is unless you agree with Marjorie Taylor Greene and Ketanji Brown Jackson that Guam is a separate country. But Guam still wouldn't own any islands except Cocos.
