Seeking a CFO

Join myself and three other partners on the ground floor of a new multimedia start up. I don’t want to say too much here, but let’s just say it has to do with online broadcasting…

You will have to be passionate and self-driving, with great ideas (not necessarily outside-of-the-box thinkers) and willing to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You would have complete control of the “business-side” of things — budgets, forecasting, business licenses, dealing with lawyers — these would be your domain. Reports directly to the CEO (me), and would work with the Chief Content Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and Chief Technology Officer on the day-to-day operations.

This is NOT a 9-5. It’s a side-gig that will have you working 20-30 hours a week. 15% ownership of the company is your compensation in addition to profit-share.
