They would rather not have Dodd-Frank, but that because they don’t want any regulation, not that Dodd-Frank is strict legislation. Overall, it doesn’t take the level of regulation back to even pre-Clinton levels.

But the banks aren’t really going to hate it until you start breaking them up and jailing fraudsters. Had Obama done that, you would have a point.
