Thanks for sharing your thoughts Andrew. I particular appreciated the opening disclosure emphasizing your voice over numbers that could be viewed as skewed and/or are otherwise accessible, as you point out.

I’d be curious to hear your thoughts on whether, alongside this reflection on social media usage among teens, there’s a parallel trend of seeking some greater disconnect. Perhaps an over-saturation of social media in what some might call a “golden age” (given the abundance of platforms and steadier rate of newly connected users) has made it “cool” to actually call instead of text, or revived the value of playing basketball over choreographing it?

Despite how it may sound, I too write this purely on speculation and curiosity – I’d love to know what you and others think…
