Aiding the government to help bring social and cultural change, NGOs create a major positive impact on our society. Being the root institutions behind social breakthrough, the duties of NGOs encompass a range of environmental, social, advocacy and human rights work.

There are a number of NGOs in India, but they vary in their practices, impact, and ideation. Removing the blanket of deprivation from the subdued, and unprivileged, these non-government organizations are helping to bring about a change. 4. Pratham NGO

Pratham Ngo is one of the largest charity organizations. Working religiously towards imparting education to the depraved children, the NGO is an innovative learning organization that aims to supplement government’s efforts.

5. GiveIndia Foundation

With its online and offline donation platform, Give India Foundation provides the details about the transparency, and credibility of the money provided by the people. It was set up by an IIM-A alumnus for the organization of social upliftment.
