This is Not My Republican Party

Hey Steve: The GOP establishment has a lot to apologize for, but not for the reasons you think.

There’s a reason why groups like the Tea Party were created and gained influence and momentum. They have abandoned the principles in the United States Constitution of limited government and fiscal restraint. We are now saddled with a $19 trillion debt and they’re allowing Obama to add more by raising the debt limit. Are they nuts? Every time the government gets a debt limit increase, it’s like giving crack to an addict. It’s a green light to spend this country further into an abyss.

They villify, insult, and denigrate faithful grassroots Republicans and Tea Party Patriots for holding them accountable and demanding that they fulfill the promises they made. We expect that kind of filth from LeftProg Dems; not from our own party. The majority the seats gained by the GOP in the House in 2010, was due in large part to the Tea Party movement; a fact that escapes their selective memories. We also had considerable influence in the 2014 mid-terms.

Instead of backing Republicans who have strong Tea Party values, they abandoned them and allowed their DemLeft opponents to win elections. Instead of doing what they were elected to do, they cave in to the petty little tyrant in the White House and his tools in the Democratic Party.

We need to purge our ranks of dead weight and boot them them across the aisle. Excommunicate them from the GOP. Mitch McConnell (R-KY), Chris Christie (R-NJ), Jeff Flake (R-AZ), John McCain (R-AZ), John Kasich (R-OH) and Lindsey Graham (R-SC) are just some of the slugs who fit that category. We’re fed up with RINOs, illegal alien panderers, and business as usual bureaucrats who fail to back up their avowed commitments, opting instead to make excuses for their failure.

Marco Rubio (R-FL), Darrell Issa (R-CA) and Paul Ryan (R-WI) held such promise at the start. Now they’re showing substantial cracks in their character. What a shame.

Ted Cruz seems to be the only Republican left with guts.

Illegals:

The Republican party I know enforces immigration laws and won’t grant blanket amnesty to foreign invaders who crept across the border to get government handouts. The Republican party I know insists that every immigrant who adopts America as their home assimilates into the culture and becomes a citizen the legal way.

Illegal entry is a crime in direct violation of Title 8 of the U.S. Code, sections 1324 and 1325. Those are federal statutes. They deposit themselves across our border and commit even MORE crimes once they get in. Illegals are responsible for adding thousands of crimes to the national statistics. Cop killers, child molesters, murderers, rapists, thieves, and gangs (MS13s), are traipsing across the border in record numbers. Illegals have been receiving benefits like food stamps, welfare, free education, tax credits, medical care, and housing in several states for years. Illegal aliens do not have a right to free health care, education, and Social Security benefits. They’re criminals. Period.

A nation without laws or borders is not a nation.

Muslim terrorism:

9/11 didn’t hit close enough to your own back yard. The Republican party I know doesn’t kowtow to muzzie terrorists, and never backs down from the enemy. I’d have leveled every Islamic nation state in the Middle East on 12 September, 2001. But that’s for another thread.

Stop the PC approach to monitoring and arresting terrorist organizations within our borders. Al Qaeda holds Death To The West conferences in Chicago, there’s a substantial radical muzzie enclave in Dearborn, Michigan, and Jamaat Al Fuqra terrorists have established training centers across the United States. The Muslim Brotherhood, the Arab-American Action Network, and CAIR, three major facilitators of Islamic terrorism, operate freely in America. What the hell are they doing here? They have no damned business being in this country. Make the FBI and DHS do their job instead of pandering to their sensibilities.

The families of terror suspects are often part and parcel of their terrorism. Face it, it usually runs in the family.

Force the TSA to properly profile for terrorists and stop worrying about “offending” muslims. Overturn the incredibly stupid policies that treat everyone as a potential threat instead of targeting real terrorists. A little old lady in a wheelchair with an oxygen tank is not a viable terrorist.

Violence:

If you’re wrapped around the axle over violence, the MoveOn and ‘black lives matter’ thugs, who are advocated and funded by George Soros, should have you fuming. (Ferguson, Baltimore)

I don't know about you, but if some punk takes a swing at me because I exercise my free speech in support of a candidate, there will definitely be a fight. The trouble with the Left is they shut down your free speech in favor of their own.

The Left engages in some of the worst hate speech, violence, and threats on record. Their behavior says more about their bigotry than any claim of ‘tolerance’. http://tinyurl.com/gss2la4

“Respect the rule of law”?:

Like Obama, Hillary, Holder, and Lerner? Every one of them broke laws and violated the Constitution. There’s very little respect for the rule of law in Barky’s regime.

BTW: Since we’re on the subject of court rulings (the gay marriage crap comes to mind): The decision was not based on the Constitution, but rather how the liberal justices felt about it.

IAW the Constitution, Congress passes laws. The Supreme Court interprets the law. There has been no law passed by Congress legalizing same-sex marriage in all 50 states. Therefore, it’s a states rights’ issue. 36 states and one territory legalized homosexual marriage before Obergefell v Hodges. 13 states had bans.

What 5 robed judges did was make an unconstitutional law. So what happens if a state decides to stand up for its rights and continue its ban on homosexual marriage by interpreting the ruling as “they’re allowed to, but there’s no law passed by Congress that can force us to concur.” Remember, this ruling does not reflect any law passed by Congress. The liberal malfeasants on the SCOTUS violated the rights of the people to debate, decide, and govern.

They also twisted the 14th Amendment to fit their idea of (gay) marriage. The 14th Amendment states the privileges and immunities of citizenship shall not be abridged by the states. Citizenship. It has nothing to do with marriage; gay, straight or otherwise. The amendment was proposed in response to issues related to former slaves.

What the SCOTUS did was unconstitutional. The Republican party I know doesn’t have to rely on going along with decisions just because it ‘gives rights to those we disagree with’. We base our opinions on fact.

Work together with the opposition party?:

That would be hilarious if it weren’t pathetic. The Dems are no longer the loyal opposition, they’re in bed with the enemy. http://tinyurl.com/hqq34lc

Toxic DemProgs have a visceral hatred of America and have made it their life’s work to subvert the fabric of the United States and the freedoms of its citizens. They also have some pretty vulgar opinions about dissent. http://tinyurl.com/jv2le6g

We elected a GOP House majority to stop Obama and the DemProgs in their tracks. They turned out to be chickenshits unwilling to take the risks necessary to accomplish that. They’re so afraid of being called “racist”, “mean”, “uncaring”, and a variety of other leftwingnut pejoratives, that they quake at the mere thought of fighting to get this country back.

Not your Republican Party? Hell, it hasn’t been ‘Republican’ since Reagan.
