Question (if it’s not too late…): Do your non-product teams operate in a similar way? Marketing or HR, for example. I’m a marketer who grew up in engineering, so my instinct is to work in a cyclical, iterative fashion like I used to. That can be quite, umm…. challenging, however. If your less technical teams are having success with the 6-week, 3-person model, I’d love to hear about it.
