My Genetic Link To Breast Cancer As A Math Equation — If V281L = HLA B14 and HLA B14 = Breast Cancer then V281L = Breast Cancer
I’ve proved I have a genetic predisposition to breast cancer and it’s not the BRCA1 and BRCA2 gene! It’s a mutation you never heard of and one that needs to be studied on a grand scale for breast cancer susceptibility.
It started a year ago after self reflection on the environment inside my body that would allow breast cancer grow. I was determined to change my internal habitat. I lost 70 pounds, became a gym rat, buy organic foods, and reduced environmental factors that play into the risk of the disease.
I than investigated my hormones levels. I uncovered that I have a condition called androgen excess (too much male hormones in my bloodstream). Like female hormones male hormones are thought to grow breast cancer. The excessive male hormones in my body comes from a genetic mutation predominantly found in Ashkenazi Jews.
That’s the backstory
Now for the good part!
I believe my mutation, plus androgen excess, plus a protein found on cells increases a likelihood of developing breast cancer. That’s what I theorized a year ago when the evidence of my theory began to unfold.

So there you have it the mystery of how I got breast cancer is solved. It’s rooted in a genetic predisposition. What will I do with this information? I’m not entirely sure yet. I just know I have to do something because it could help other people.
