Shad Goetsch is the Co Founder of Wellness Intel that is currently developing a health application used to help patients make the right decisions about their healthcare. Wellness Intel has a proprietary algorithm used to help triage patients to the correct level of care, conservatively, and safely. Shad also partnered with Safe Heart, who will develop vital signs accessories that will interact with the health app. They have a prototype; they are currently working on for their MVP. Shad has implemented the prototype at two large area hospitals, with some success. This application includes tools which will improve preventative care for patients, reducing hospitalization rates and improving overall healthcare.

Additional healthcare related projects Shad has developed was Nature Made Vitamins, a mobile app that provided vitamin recommendations based on users health data. As well Shad created an interactive web map tool regarding proper RX dosages for Medtronic. Medtronic is works with new partners, in new ways to improve global healthcare.

Shad also managed the design and development of a HTML 5 tool that allowed users identify their health conditions based on their symptoms for Panorama Orthopedics & Spine center, a trusted provider of orthopedic care in the Denver, Colorado for more than 70 years.
