Day 65 of the 100 Word Project
Well, I’m not sure I’d call it an accomplishment, but I somehow managed to beat Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow in two days.
I mean, it was originally released for the Gameboy Advance, a handheld system, so it wasn’t designed to be a long game. But still — that’s at least 10 hours of game right there.
At the very least, I can cross it off my list. Tomorrow, the girls come home, and it’s back to business as usual. Maybe I’ll continue these nostalgic video game excursions, in shorter bursts.
Unfortunately, it’s been so long that I can’t remember which games I actually completed when I was younger. I played through all eight stages of Streets of Rage 2 before I realized I’d beaten it before. Oh, well.
