Positive Thinking:
Positive thinking is the way to avoid you from devilish act, negative thoughts and depressed situation. Most of time something bad happened to us and we start thinking that it would be a part of life forever. We feel broken, negative thoughts came to mind and person thought that this would be end of everything. Yes in my life I faced negative thoughts, I suffered them and every time I got a lesson that this is nothing, I should appreciate what I have today.
As ups and downs is part of life. So we have to learn what we should do during downs of life. So that’s way we are practicing this activity of avoiding negative thoughts. First of all be patient, bear the circumstances and then what you have to do to get rid of problem or situation. Mostly to avoid negative thinking I tried to talk with someone and engage myself in different activities like games, chatting, and outing.
Also make talks to your close friends in this way you can feel better that someone know your situation. This activity of positive thinking was interesting and I learned a lot how to become positive by shoeing gratitude and kindness, Overall my experience was excellent and I practice it. After practicing for week take decision to practice that rules in my life.
