Eating the frog with a Pomodoro

I know most you guys will think that I have gone mad, but just relax it is not what it really looks like. Here I am going to talk about a trick to kill procrastination which is called “Pomodoro technique”.
It consists of 4 simple steps
1-Decide the task to be done.
2. Set the Pomodoro timer (alarm) to 25 minutes.
3. Work on the task until the timer rings and in this 25 mins just focus on your work.
4. Reward yourself with something like a cup of coffee, chocolate, web surfing for 5–10mins.

I came to know about this very useful technique in my psychology class and I really liked it. I first time tried it while preparing for my physical chemistry exam. I followed the steps again and again and I was done with my preparation before the time I expected. And if you just tell your mind that you will get a reward for doing this task it will become quite easier for you to complete that task.
Not only in assignments or exams you can use it but it can be used in life anywhere. You have to work hard pushing your self-way out of your limits but one day it will pay off and believe me it is always worth it.
