Going the #extra mile to drop off your resume & cover letter

I am going to the share interesting story to go extra mile for dropping Resume & cover letter for getting job. On Friday I decide that I will visit Rafhan maize to drop Resume and cover letter for the post of safety officer. I get up early in the morning and after taking breakfast fully dress up and went to Rafhan Maize mill Faisalabad. But all night I made my all preparation for that interview. Actually this company has a online application process. I already apply online before moving to there. My resume cover letter and all other preparation about company were fully prepared.

Bilal Ejaz is HR in human resource department. When I reach there the 1st problem that I face is at the entrance point. Security of the company not allow me to go inside They said to that you have to apply online is enough if you are eligible for that company. Company will contact you soon. So after a huge chat with that person I go inside then another problem they said to me you have to wait in waiting area until HR will free. I have to wait at least 2 hour there. After 2 hour they allow me to go HR room. I went there bilal Ejaz was too much bust still again wait another half hour.

I hand over my resume and cover letter to respective person. Bilal said have you apply online or not I said yes. Then he said to me why you come here there is no need to come here. He wants to wind up the matter very quickly. But I want to engage that person I said that I know online process is going on and it’s enough to apply online but I am too much passionate about that company and jobs that you are offering is directly related to Education and I have a lot experience about that. Then he start taking with me and he ask different types of question from me

I handle all the situation in very nice and effective and answer all question very nicely. Our discussion last about 20 to 25 and it’s a very nice experience with Mr. bilal. I really learn a lot that how to tackle the situation. I suggest you guys it’s a very nice company and its facilities are very nice for employee. What I gain they totally check the person is this person is exactly capable for that job or not. They select right person for right job.
