According to WIKI Wuhan is the capital of Hubei province, People’s Republic of China. It is the largest city in Hubei and the most populous city.
The name “Wuhan” came from the city’s historical origin from the conglomeration of Wuchang, Hankou and Hanyang, which are collectively known as the “Three Towns of Wuhan”
Coronavirus Beginnings
The new corona-virus that jumped from some animal to a person in the city of Wuhan at the end of last year has managed, in only a few weeks, to draw huge attention from the media, scientists and the international community. On January 30, the WHO declared the epidemic a public health emergency of international concern (PHEIC).

Symptoms can include:
- Fever
- Cough
- Shortness of breath
CDC believes at this time that symptoms of COVID-19(new name of coronavirus) may appear in as few as 2 days or as long as 14 days after exposure. This is based on what has been seen previously as the incubation period of MERS-CoV viruses.

#Clean hands with soap and water or alcohol-based hand rub
#Cover nose and mouth when coughing and sneezing with tissue or flexed elbow
#Avoid close contact with anyone with cold or flu-like symptoms
#Thoroughly cook meat and eggs
#Avoid unprotected contact with live animals
There isn’t much known about this new virus yet. Public health groups, such as the World Health Organization (WHO) and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), are monitoring the situation and posting updates on their websites. These groups have also issued recommendations for preventing and treating the illness.
