I recently completed the Keploy API Fellowship, a program designed to teach the fundamentals of API development and best practices. The program was an incredible learning experience and has given me the skills and knowledge to develop robust APIs.
The program started with an introduction to API development and best practices, covering topics such as API design, authentication, and API security. We were then introduced to the Keploy API development platform, which has a large selection of API tools and frameworks that can be used to build APIs. We used the platform to create our own APIs, which we then tested and deployed. We also used the Keploy API development platform to build a sample API, providing us with the opportunity to practice our API development skills.
Throughout the program, we received mentorship from experienced API developers. They provided invaluable advice and tips for creating robust APIs that are secure and perform well. We also had the opportunity to explore the latest API trends and technologies, such as GraphQL and gRPC.
I also made a Quotes API and tested it on Postman and that generated random quotes everytime .
The Keploy API Fellowship was an amazing learning experience. I now have a better understanding of the fundamentals of API development, as well as the latest trends and technologies. I highly recommend the program to anyone interested in learning about API development.
