I was assigned this in person drop as a project work. And I took it as a challenge. As, it will not the matter of marks but yes, I got the chance to face failure and learned life lessons like what should we do, In what ways we did it better or will do it better next time?

Itโ€™s the biggest challenge to find your dream job. And honestly speaking, I failed ๐Ÿ˜” I tried a lot but didnโ€™t find the required job. There are other challenges that I had to face are: my degree is not according to my desired job. or I have less experience or zero experience. As there are some jobs where If you have certificates that play a plus point in it. ๐Ÿ˜ฎ But this time, Amal saves me ๐Ÿ˜Š. As I have Amal experience at least to apply as Education Counsellor ๐Ÿ˜

With the experience of Amal I, have applied for Salamti fellowship program.

As we all know, sometimes we need the job for the passion for learning new things. And when you visit in person, you got the chance to introduce yourself and it will increase your winning chance. ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

Let me share my experience of the in-person drop. As I called the organisation before going to drop my resume. They said if you saw an advertisement online then apply through online process. first thing, I got to know, not all the organisation allows you to drop resume in-person. Like PepsiCo, Times Education Counsellor and many more.

One Important tip: You can ask the email of HR MANAGER if you called the admin for the details of the in-person drop. You have the chance to email recruiter before going for the interview.

If you didnโ€™t receive any call for the interview then donโ€™t get dishearted. As life gives you another chance to search for your dream job. ๐Ÿ˜
