The internet: procrastination station

Ashton, I really enjoyed reading this post because it took me back to my earlier days in college when I was taking five classes a semester, and juggling endless amounts of assignments. It wasn’t until after I moved home, and changed my career path to something that I enjoy that I felt the procrastination to weaken in strength. I think that your point about fear and/or distaste causing procrastination is on point, because that was definitely the case for me. As for your final question, one who claims that the internet is the cause for procrastination is purely a technological determinist, and they are not looking at the bigger picture. I’m excited to see where you go with this research though! Do you find the statistics that you found to be true among you and your group of friends as well? And do you intend to use personal experience in this research?
