Pomodoro Technique:
We always fight against the time. Everyone needs to complete his work within the due date specially the industrial sector. So, it a time management technique that helps you to complete your difficult assignments and projects with the deadlines by managing your time without getting tired or getting bored from the work and with wasting the minimum time in distractions. It was developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s.

My one of the weaknesses is the time management. I can’t manage the time while doing some projects and assignments and even while preparing for the examinations. It was a little difficult for me a when I implemented it first time because I had to work for at least 25 minutes without any break but after 2 intervals it became my habit and I felt a bit easier as I managed the time and completed my task in a just 1 hour 20 minutes that I mostly complete in 2 to 3 hours. Although some distractions appeared but implementing this technique still saved my time to an hour.
This technique has been proved very effective for me. So I will implement it while doing my project works and assignments and I can improve it more by making it my habit in the every field and even I can change work time to break time ratio (i.e. 50 minutes work and 10 minutes break). Moreover I can avoid the distractions by informing, negotiating, and call back strategy.
