Inner Peace

These are very important tips for relaxing. The exercise that I did are “equal breathing”, “abdominal breathing technique”, and “alternate nostril breathing”. Yes these activities helped me a lot in relaxing my nervous system. I did it in the morning in my room and i did it in front of window for fresh air that provides me more relaxation. Yes one should must done these exercise before going to interview. Equal breathing is also helped me for sleeping. I think these activities are more helpful if you are doing in an open air in the morning where you can breath fresh air so that you gain more from these exercises.
