Hello friends, today here I am just going to tell you some tips and points which basis you can easily recognize or you can recommend to your friend to buy any product in the market. Buying anything like a laptop in the market then you have to do research before. there might be a chance of risk, Before going to any showroom must you have to follow the consumer decision-making process. This means how you can make a decision before buying any product. Here are some steps. Suppose your friend facing a problem in purchasing a laptop.

What is the consumer decision-making process? The consumer decision-making process involves five basic steps. This is the process by which consumers evaluate making a purchasing decision. The 5 steps are problem recognition, information search, alternatives evaluation, purchase decision, and post-purchase evaluation.
