Guidelines of For deciding career
Shared guidelines with my BSC class fellow, it helped me a lot how others think about different guidelines. It gave me opportunity of familiar with other experience. How he handled different situations in his life and what was the outcome of that.
He said many times passion derive by working conditions and your nature. As he started doing job in local company but after 3 months he realize that it’s better to help his father in business so he left job as in your own business you are not restricted to timing and you can take decision on its own.
He left job after 3 month as his father already running a business of manufacturing bike spare parts while there was not same circumstances for me so I continue job.
He supported the guidelines of owning the decision and don’t do PHD if you want to become entrepreneur. He said “you want to become an entrepreneur you should try to make big network to promote business even if you are willing to study further done MBA but still it is not necessary”.
Spending one year on first job is not necessary according to him as if you are not interested in that field quit it and increase expertise in the field in which you are willing to go. For promotion in the field in which you are necessary it is not compulsory to do higher study in that field instead increase experience in that field by working in it.
As according to our discussion it is quite clear that decision vary person to person.
