Type 2 diabetes is a leading problem globally after adolescence and adulthood.People all over the word are facing inimical health condition due to this ominous disorder.People normally metabolize carbohydrates along with fats during their growth stage properly.But after this stage their body cannot control the normal metabolism procedure as usual.The human body then reform their whole metabolism system due to consistent age growth cycle.Besides the people became lazy and cannot perform their normal locomotion and exercises due to their bustling responsibilities.But the body cannot accept this procedure.The insulin hormone from pancreas cannot produce and insulin resistant also occurred during this time.But you can minimize this difficulties through some effective and time saving techniques.Some techniques are provided below:

1.Take low carbohydrate diet: Food that contains simple carbohydrate with fiber are effective for metabolism.Simple carbs are more helpful for digestion.e.g Fruits,vegetables,green leaves,seeds,stem,roots etc.On the other hand complex carbohydrates like rice,maize,wheat,sweets,sugar,Cold drinks cannot metabolize properly and create fat formation in the body.Our body generally produce and breakdown fats through glycolysis and gluconeogenesis simultaneously.During glycolysis body store fats from excess carbohydrates after metabolism.And gluconeogenesis turn stored fats into carbohydrates during starvation and exercise priod.So don’t be afraid.If you bear excess fats or obase you,you can reduce your fats through this natural procedure.You have to intake low carbs along with exercise for purchasing fitness.

2.Take light exercise after Day end :The exercise is effective but hamper if you don’t take it routinely.For reducing fats you should take exercise at afternoon or evening.After exercise you have to maintain your dieat over excess hunger.Otherwise you cannot purchase your desired fitness.

3.Take little water if you feel upset stomach with wired belly sound: During starvation period you may notice some abnormal sound into your stomach.It may fell you weak and uneasy.Sometimes nausea and turmoil noticed.During this time you have to drink a little bit water instantly.Then you may notice a magic,your troubles reduce automatically.

4.Take apple cider vinegar at morning and night: Apple cider vinegar can reduce stomach acidity and produce your body insulin response fast.You have to take apple cider vinegar with mother tincture through mixing it with water.Morning and dinner times are preferable and it should take at empty stomach.

7.Evening walking with earbuds: Light walking is not only effective for fat reduction but also for retaining your steadfast desires to fitness goal.But in many cases people lost their interest due to loneliness and imperfect walking procedure.Use proper shoes,earphones and choose your favourite songs for delighting you during walking.As a result your mind may fresh and give you better fitness outcomes.

8.Take detox water:You can produce it through soaking vegetable chops into water overnight.Then filtrate the vegetable pieces and separate the water.Mix pink salt into detox water and drink it during your water fasting period.
