FOMO of stocks rally
While the rest of the world hummed along with the ups and lows of the market, suddenly there was news that some Brexit happened. Markets tanked like the world is going to end. Though if you really look at it, even with a 600 point crash, the market was way ahead than where it was in Jan 2016 or beginning of this year in general across the sectors. In a nutshell, the oil crisis had more impact that any foreign government crisis.
Immediately after the point drops and a period of uncertainty, there was almost a quick recovery. And since then actually there was a big rally and now the DOW is at all time high. So how does one make sense of this ? What really happened? What is the best strategy for such behavior of the stock market? Any ideas?
