thank you so much for sharing, this article has given me more to think about and re-evaluate in my own behavior than anything else i’ve read in a long time.

im a woman-aligned non-binary person, and honestly i do hate men, as a group. i hate masculinity, i hate the people who wield their masculinity in ways that hurt women and contribute complacently to patriarchal power structures, and i dont think that’ll change soon.

however, this article has reminded me to keep an open mind, to try and not hurt others out of defensiveness, to assume things about others’ identities, and to keep an open mind to legitimate criticisms, even from people who ‘dont know what theyre talking about’.
