The misconception about the meaning of being alone.

Being alone is not just a physical state of being but it is also a state of the mind.

We can be surrounded by a hundred people, all talking and interacting but your actual state of mind will not be there.

It’s a state where our mind puts our own mind.

It’s a state of isolation in accessibility.

I personally think, and have witnessed it first hand that taking a time out for yourself, spiritually, physically and mentally is essential.

Each day we grew through experience therefore it is important that we take some time to sit back and contemplate on our own spiritual, physical and mental growth.

If you do not know You then how can someone else know the real you...

Taking a self-timeout should be added in your daily routine, to become wiser, stronger and to learn to love yourself and others more.

Analysation between you and yourself is vital.

Colossians 4:5 “Walk in wisdom toward outsiders, making the best use of the time.”
