Say no to Comparision:

Sometimes we do injustice with yourself by comparing our self with others.For a while I can approve to whom you are comparing yourself may be better than you in that particular thing but it’s not important that person is perfect in all aspects.To avoid such thing and make your mind focus on just oneself utter the following phrase and remind yourself everytime that.

  • You Are Unique;
  • You Are Perfect As You Are;
  • You Are One Of A Kind;And
  • You Can Change The World.

Build Your Attitude:

Your attitude is the window of your mind watching the world. So as much as you keep that window clean you can see the world optimistic sight.

Although it’s sometimes smudged with negative comments, failures, and health issues, make sure to clean it by making your mind positive.

Count Your Blessings:

We spend our most precious time looking after the thing or luxuries we don’t have in such cases we lost self-satisfaction and mental health. To avoid gain satisfaction start counting your blessings; e:g;

I have good health. I’m not physically disabled. Good health is a countless blessing sometimes you have the world all luxuries and wealth but don’t have good health then all the luxuries become useless. As same look at the things and remind yourself rather than running after that you don’t have. By doing so things will become easier for you.

Learn to Ignore:

Sometimes we make our life hell just because of bothering others and taking their comments seriously. If once we learn the term ignoring and start applying it in our life trust me life will become more comfortable for us.

  • Don’t let your happiness, depend on anyone self-love is a must.
