My Dental Experience with Dentzz Dental Care Centres, Mumbai

I was researching for long to get to a good dental practise where I can reach out with all my dental problems . One day I was on Facebook and saw a friend’s picture who lives in Canada and couldn’t stop noticing her beautiful smile . From what I remember she never had a pretty smile and in fact used to hide her teeth during all the pictures we would take in our university days !! And look at her now what a beautiful smile ! I immediately contacted her on Facebook itself to get information about her dental work . She immediately reverted giving me a great deal of information about the dental work done . Since it was very expensive in Canada to get it done she travelled overseas to dentzz dental , Mumbai , India .
I got Dentzz details from her and immediately I approached Dentzz .
I mailed them regarding my multiple dental issues and in return I got a very prompt precise response from them giving me details for same .
They called me the next day to know if I required anymore information and to my wonder these guys were so sweet and friendly to talk ! I felt so comfortable talking to them that I immediately decided this is where I need to go and get my dental work done . I was given a tentative treatment plan over the mail based on my queries . I then planned my travel to India to reach Mumbai and they helped me book my hotels and arrange my visas .
I reached Mumbai around midnight and had arranged a car to pick me from the airport with their representative there and they took me safely to my hotel .The hotel staff was very warm and courteous . The next day after my scrumptious breakfast , I was picked from my hotel by a clinic representative who took me to the clinic which was just a 5 minutes walk from my hotel .
The reception and their client support who had helped me get all the information were right at the waiting area of clinic to meet me. I received such a warm welcome by the entire staff and felt as if am back home ! After a really good cup of tea I was taken in for a consultation! Amazing technologies these guys had. I could see my own teeth via the internal pictures they took !! The amount of analysis that they did before giving me a treatment plan is commendable . This treatment plan was unfortunately different from what I had origially anticipated. But I was assured it was in my best interest. The doctor actually took the time to go over various options with me and discussed the pros and cons for both. My dentists in England had never explained me anything this way ever before . I was so impressed with Dentzz already ! Within few days my life got transformed totally .
I cannot thank Dentzz doctors and staff enough , they are true artists , I think they are the best in the world!!
They have made this the happiest day of my life!! With so many broken teeth I could barely chew my food well. Living in England I have been regular at my dentist looking for a permanent solution to fix my dental problems but the vicious circle never ended! Finally these guys helped me get my issues resolved! What a meticulous and profession work culture they have! Finally I can eat whatever I want and am loving my new smile !!
Homeward bound with a new " smile ". I had no idea what I would experience here when I came 2 weeks ago. I could not have imagined such professional , gentle and friendly service !! Highly recommended !! I have received more than I could have ever expected . Can’t thank everyone at Dentzz enough . The professional service you receive is undoubtedly the best available worldwide . I had assumed the dental work would be of the highest quality and it was !! The doctors here pay attention to detail and want to ensure your satisfaction with the work done . I appreciate so much the professionalism and kindness of the doctors here. My new teeth feel like they have been there forever .... Excellent
