Hey Ev.

Any insights into specifically which apps you use for each? I struggle with meditation (I’ve tried, but find exercise as my equivalent … so far). I use Trello and Google Calendar for scheduling/planning, and Runtastic for running (instead of Strava, for no reason other than I signed up for one before I heard of the other…)

Any insights into what you use, and how, would be greatly appreciated 😀.
