Here is a list of foods that are in general very bad and unhealthy.

If you want to lose weight and want to stay away from chronic disease, then you should not eat much of these foods.

However, few sources of sugar are very bad than others, and sugary drinks are the most worst.

2. Most Pizzas

Pizza include in the world’s very popular junk foods.

This is not something to be surprised, given that it tastes amazing and good and is incredibly convenient to eat. But the key problem is that the most pizzas which are commercially prepared are made with unhealthy ingredients.

3. Industrial Vegetable Oils

In the previous 100 years or so, people have enhanced their consumption of added fats. These oils are very rich in omega 6 fatty acids, which humans can’t consume in such huge amounts before.

4. Cookies, Pastries, and Cakes

Most cookies, pastries, and cakes are extremely worst and unhealthy.

Generally they are made up with refined wheat flour, refined sugar, and added fats, which are often unhealthy fats and very bad for a healthy diet.

5. Gluten-Free Junk Foods

Gluten-free is all the rage in these days.

According to a survey a third of people in the US are trying to avoid gluten.

6. Agave Nectar

Agave nectar is a sweetener that is marketed as healthy.

However, agave nectar is very dangerous and not as healthy and good as some people think. It is extremely refined sweetener that is very high in fructose.

7. Low-Fat Yogurt

Yogurt can be extremely healthy.

Unfortunately, most of yogurts which are found in the grocery store are very bad for you.

They are normally low in fat, but they are loaded with sugar to make up for lack of taste that the fats provided.

8. Ice Cream

Ice cream is one of the very delicious foods on the earth.

Unfortunately, it is also one of the worst and unhealthiest. Most commercial ice cream is packed with sugar.

Ice cream is also very high in calories, and it’s very easy to eat an excessive amount of it. Eating it for dessert is even worst.
