So we can look forward to a web without advertising & consuming content without needing to create user accounts?

Anyone could access the NYT, Spotify, Netflix, etc. without setting up an account, they’d just need to connect their wallet (explicitly or implicitly).

As a consumer I see Web 3.0 being about:
1. cutting fees
2. reducing friction
3. improving UX
4. increasing access

As a business, the corollaries are:
1. cut costs, increase margin & market share
2. reduce drop-offs during sign-up, reduce churn
3. increase engagement, referrals and lifetime value
4. expand size of market vertically and geographically

All possible via tokenised micro-payments?
