Scratch programme is the visual programming language that allows students to create interactive stories, games and animations. There are lots of benifits we can get from scratch. As a students they can learn how to think creatively, how to work collaboratively, computational thinking and problem solving skills. It also helps young learners to understand the basic coding logic using blocks and visual aids.

It is a programming platform for childrens which was created by the MIT Media Lab in 2007. MIT means Massachusetts Institute of Technology. We can use this in the all browser or we can download it as an app. It has the IDE with it. IDE means Integrated Development Environment. Scratch provides a graphical user interface that enables students to drag and drop code blocks to create animations, games, and interactive stories.

It is a block-based programming language which helps to simplify coding for beginners. It uses a drag and drop method which lets children perform actions quickly and easily. This approach is what makes Scratch not hard to learn, and easy to get started with:)
