James’ response, without deeper introspection, seems to make sense at first. But it sounds like he’s doing the same thing that the original author was complaining about — adding a bunch of buzzwords that don’t tie back to the original point.
I’ve also worked in the tech world for a long time and it’s usually impossible to figure out what a company does at first glance. I’ve also had to sign up for many a demo, only to be called back by a sales rep who tries to either soft or hard sell me on a product.
