What’s next for Richie Incognito and Jonathan Martin?

Ted Wells’ verdict came in on Friday and it didn’t look good for Richie Incognito. So we have to ask: what’s next for these two?
Fans on Twitter went nuts on Friday after the NFL released Wells’ report. Incognito deleted his Twitter after getting dozens of hateful messages sent his way. Incognito even tweeted “Pleeeeease Stop The Hate” with a smiley face.
According to David Haugh, a sports reporter for the Chicago Tribune, Incognito will remain a free agent.
“If the NFL really wants to revolutionize its culture, free-agent guard Richie Incognito will stay unemployed for good,” he wrote.
Haugh also wrote that on the other hand, Martin should get back in the game.
“Starting Martin would give a team a young, promising offensive tackle with something to prove,” he wrote.
In a CBS Sports article, Jon Breech wrote that Martin’s camp is meeting with the Miami Dolphins during the NFL Combine to discuss the future.
“Jonathan Martin may or may not play for the Miami Dolphins next season, but one thing's for sure: He says he wants to play for someone in 2014,” Breech wrote.
The article quoted Kenny Zuckerman, Martin’s agent, about Martin’s possibilities.
"He will be on the field in 2014," Zuckerman said. "There's no doubt. He wants to, he's ready, he's excited. He'll be somewhere this season."
Zuckerman said that Martin is willing to “play anywhere for anyone.”
In another article for ESPN, Zuckerman said that Martin felt “vindicated” by the results of the report.

Although Martin may be going into the Combine hopeful, Incognito’s future doesn’t look as bright.
Hall of Fame tight end Shannon Sharpe said that Incognito should be banned from the NFL in an interview with USA Today.
Sharpe said that NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell must be firm to give justice to Martin. According to Sharpe, this means completely banning Incognito from the game.
"It's time for Richie Incognito to find another line of work," Sharpe said. "For Richie Incognito, we've seen what and who he is. He's been kicked off two teams. ... This will be the third team he'll have to leave under bad circumstances. How many chances does a guy get?"
