It is so very hard, I agree Carol. And I think Andrew Grant-Thomas brought up a great point that we don’t have to compromise our convictions by suspending judgement and taking a beat to listen. I can still ultimately disagree and passionately so, but I need to work on disagreeing from a place removed of snark and anger when I do engage. Definitely a hard practice for me.
