Princess is a term closely associated with spoiled girls that are only fulfilled when they marry. There are still too many pink aisles, too many pink lego sets. Just look at the Disney Star Wars Rey debacle. The fact that this is still happening is so troubling. I totally agree that you can be girly or womanly and still be awesome in sports and STEM. However, not all girls want to be girly! That is the only issue I have with this post. Just let boys and girls be themselves. Great to see that you are asking girls about the designs and I think your product is awesome. But, you might want to offer up and alternate charm that isn’t a flower to purchase. As a young girl, I would have loved the concept, but would have been turned off by the flower. As a parent, I would buy it to encourage coding for my youngest. It would have been too girly for my oldest. So awesome that you can 3D print your own charm, too.
