The Simplest Health Plan: Cut Carbs, Lift Weights
P. D. Mangan

I’ve been on a low-carb diet for 3 months, and have found that not all low-carb diets are equal. Eating tons of bacon and eggs and butter still makes me feel sick, while eating stuff like wild caught fish, tons of cooked vegetables and coconut oil, sea vegetables, mineral-dense bone broth, etc. makes me feel great. It’s just WAY more expensive, and many people are not accustomed to spending such a huge portion of their income on food. That’s not to say it isn’t worth it! I read once that many Europeans are more accustomed to spending more of their income on food.
