Who are the Montreal Global Shapers?

The Global Shapers Community is a network of young people, primarily between the ages of 20 and 30, who are exceptional in their drive to make a difference in their communities.

How diverse is this network of change makers? Do the 18 Global Shapers in the Montreal hub adequately reflect our city?

This winter, for the first time ever, we set out to measure our hub’s demographics. This internal audit was undertaken to track the effectiveness of our recruiting efforts and to ensure we adequately consider the needs of all our hub members. It will also help check biases in our projects and programming.

While individual responses from our demographics survey remain anonymous, here are a few highlights.
