So many times we have seen this where a business would get lured by the ‘large accounts’. Most often than not the hybrid approach is considered that there will be 2 teams-one for the original product and other for the large accounts. But while taking this decision businesses don’t see the hidden costs in polluting the roadmap. All of a sudden any requests from the large accounts become priority and you have to build it as its for an account having 10x or more revenue. And if you do it once, it becomes the precedent for all such future requests. And before you know are a services business.
