Great insight into optimising social media messages !

However, for a company looking to establish closer connection and direct feedback mechanisms with it’s audience, cutting through the sheer volume and noise of Facebook or Instagram users is still a huge challenge. Perhaps that is why we are seeing the rise of niche social networks (dedicated community platforms) where brands can find exactly the right kind of audience without the clutter of Facebook or Instagram. Examples being Strava, Figure1, or various parenting networks etc.
