Aloha from Upcountry Maui, where the cutting edges of media and technology come together (apparently). is in the process of re-branding itself to Shared Reality Solutions and can now be found here:

We wanted to make it more clear what we’re all about and what we are here to create. Here are some ideas about that.

First, our goal is to create a shared reality for everyone. We want to stabilize democracy around the best available evidence, even if — or because! — the entire existing media landscape appears to be working in exactly the opposite direction. …

Welcome to the Concordis blog!

We will discuss the ideals behind Concordis, and keep you up to date on project developments. Please check back here over time as we will update the blog frequently. For now, allow us to provide some background.

Who Are We, and What is Concordis About?

Concordis is managed by a team of people across the U.S. from a variety of backgrounds. You can find out more about our individual team members on the About page on our website. Why do we do what we do?

The world is currently in a state of information chaos

Western-style democracies are experiencing a crisis of truth-telling. Those of us who would like to stay informed about the world around us find the news to be laden with judgments and slippery with slants; and, so the “truth” is often hard to find. Let’s look at an example of how our current media environment allows lies to go unchallenged. How can our existing model be “played”? How can politicians and others use the “Four D’s of Disinformation” to spread propaganda instead of answering questions or admitting to…
