Have you tried responding to them in the same harsh but humorous tone which they use against you as an alternative to being offended? This is not to say that there is only one way to connect to people, let our frustration or make light of things but humor is one way and the label of “PC Police” is not nearly as damaging as the actual effects of political correctness in a place where people are supposed to exchange freely.
