Easter is just around the corner, which means it almost time for Spring walks and Easter egg hunts! Whether your child loves getting creative with crafts, scavenger hunts or just loves chocolate, we’ve got Easter covered…
Egg Decorating
Easter is the perfect time to get creative with crafts, and one of our favourite activities is egg decorating! Whether you’re looking to re-create an egg-scape artist or a dinosaur egg-scavation, this is the perfect way to keep your children entertained. All you’ll need is hard-boiled eggs, newspaper to cover the painting surfaces, brushes and acrylic paint. For extra glitz, why not add glitter, feathers, felt and a cardboard box to create the perfect scenery.
Boil the eggs for 15 minutes, before allowing them to cool completely, and to prevent smudging your amazing designs, paint one half at a time and leave it to dry. Let’s get cracking!
Easter Egg Hunt
It’s not Easter without an egg hunt! There are endless possibilities for your hunt, from an outdoors hunt through the garden, to an indoors pirate treasure hunt, these are great ways to add some serious egg-citement to your Easter. Try creating a treasure map with an X marks the spot, and give the hunters a few clues to help them along the way. Easter Walks
Easter is the perfect time to get out and about in nature. From woodland walks to coastal paths, take your child on a Spring adventure as the flowers and trees begin to bloom! To make these walks even more engaging, how about combining these with a variety of fun games to play along the way, such as den building or wildlife spotting.
Sharky & George Adventure Club
We’re back this Easter with our Adventure Club, as we take over an area of Market Hall Fulham for fun and mischief. We’ll be there on Friday 5th April, and all of the following week from Monday 8th April — Friday 12th April from 9am until 4pm each day.
