I can only imagine how difficult it must be to be a woman with autism. I enjoyed your story as I can relate to must of it, I specially liked this quote “if you don’t understand how another person’s experience differs, you can’t understand their intentions through their behaviour and that is how miscommunication/ misunderstandings occur.” I’ve had some trouble recently with miscommunication that lead to misunderstandings at my place of work. I think I was expecting people to understand my condition but I never worried about them and how could they be feeling. It’s a process I think, a long and maybe difficult process but it’s good to know we’re not alone in this.
